Nutley Polling Places
On Election Day, there will be seven Nutley polling locations available to assist registered voters as follows:
- If a voter has a disability that prevents them from voting independently on a paper ballot, they may vote on the ADA accessible machine at their assigned polling place.
- Any registered voter who did not receive a Vote by Mail ballot may vote by Provisional Ballot at their assigned polling place for the November 3, 2020 election.
- Any voter who wishes to drop off their mail-in-ballot
All registered voters are encouraged to use the Secure Ballot Box located in front of Nutley Town Hall, 1 Kennedy Drive. The Ballot Box is a convenient way to cast your vote right up to and including Election Day.
Polling Locations are as follows and will be open from 6 A.M. to 8 P.M. on Election Day:

Before Election Day In-Person Voting/ Replacement Ballots/Ballot Issues
Anyone in Essex County, NJ who has had issues with your ballot or needs a replacement ballot, can vote in person in Newark or West Orange. Further Info:
Your vote will be immediately registered as received. All voting will be with paper ballots. There will not be electronic voting machines.
