Nutley Polling Places

On Election Day, there will be seven Nutley polling locations available to assist registered voters as follows:

• If a voter has a disability that prevents them from voting independently on a the new scannable in-person paper ballot, they may vote on the ADA accessible machine at their assigned polling place.
• Any registered voter who did not receive their requested Vote by Mail ballot may vote by Provisional Ballot at their assigned polling place.

All registered voters submitting their Vote-By-Mail (VBM) Ballots are encouraged to use the Secure Ballot Box located in front of Nutley Town Hall, 1 Kennedy Drive. The Ballot Box is a convenient way to cast your vote right up to and including Election Day.
